(Parry). This quote from the article North Korea is fully fledged nuclear power, experts agree, is a very scary thing to think about when it comes to world piece. With North Korea having weapons of mass destruction that can be placed as close as 25 miles away from South Korea's capital city of Seoul makes for a very unstable situation when it comes to the issue of world peace.
This is dystopian because North Korea is producing extremely expensive weapons but they are not providing basic services to their people. Some of the services that could be provided for them include electricity, running water, or even just food to eat.
